.Songs to Play #08

"You let people stick a finger in your face and tell you you're no good. And when things got hard, you started looking for something to blame, like a big shadow. Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done! Now if you know what you're worth then go out and get what you're worth. But ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that and that ain't you! You're better than that!"

.The Weeding Band - The First Dance EP

The weedding Band are Mumford & Sons (Ted Dwane, Ben Lovett, Winston Marshall & Marcus Mumford), Nick Etwell, Callum Lindsay, Jessie Quinn, Adam Stockdale, David Williamson. Finalmente um post do Mumford por aqui.

The hottest track of the year.

.Klaxons - Surfing the Void

E finalmente eu coloco aqui o segundo e mais recente LP do Klaxons, Surfing the Void.
Klaxons - Echoes
Klaxons - Cypherspeed
Klaxons - Valley of the Calm Trees

.White Denin - Last Day of Summer

Last days of Summer é o novo disco do White Denim, que já esteve presente no blog um tempo atrás com o álbum do ano passado. White Denim - I'd Have It Just the Way We Were
White Denim - Shy Boy

.Antony and the Johnsons- Swanlights

Sawnlights é o quarto álbum do Antony and the Johnsons, banda liderada pelo dono de incrivel voz, Antony Hegarty. Ele ainda é parte integrate do ótimo Hercules and Love Affair.

.Wavves - King of the Beach

E é ai que entra o 'King of The Beach', (third?)
Wavves - King of the Beach
Wavves - Post Acid

.Darwin Deez - Darwin Deez

Autodescrição retirando do site do cara:
i write and play all my songs on a 4 string electric guitar in my own tuning... i dance pretty good and i love to do it. i think it’s because i have a little black in me. i’m 25. my parents bought me my guitar when i was 11. they also bought me drums when i was 16, but i suck at those now. i wait tables at a vegan health food restaurant. i’m not vegan but i like health food. my bass player michelle dorrance, aka mash deez, is the one who named me “deez”. she is my best friend and confidant... she’s never played bass before and neither has our drummer ever drummed. but i love them both as people and i want to be around them. i met greg (drums) and cole (guitar) at the vegan restaurant..."

The Tallest Man On Earth - Like the Wheel
The Tallest Man On Earth - The Dreamer

.Gold Panda - Lucky Shiner

Gold Panda - Snow & Taxis
Gold Panda - Same Dream China

.Miami Horror - Illumination

Miami Horror - I Look to You
Miami Horror - Sometimes
Miami Horror - Soft Light
Miami Horror - Ultraviolet

.Kings of Leon - Radioactive

Radioactive é o novo singe do forthcoming álbum do Kings of Leon intitulado "Come Around Sundown".
